Egeo: AI Meta Tags Optimizer (“the App”) provides SEO optimization services, including AI-generated meta tags and content enhancement (“the Service”) to merchants who use Shopify to power their stores. This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you install or use the App in connection with your Shopify-supported store.
1. Personal Information the App Collects
When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain information from your Shopify account. We collect the following types of information:
Merchant Personal Data: Information about you and others who may access the App on behalf of your store, including your name, email address, phone number, and location.
Store Content & Data: To provide our AI optimization services, we access and edit data including:
Products: Titles, descriptions, and tags.

Shopify Admin: Necessary permissions to update metadata and SEO settings.

2. Merchant Personal Data:
We use the personal information we collect from you and your store in order to provide the Service and to operate the App. This includes:

Optimization: Improving our AI algorithms and App functionality based on usage patterns.
Billing: Processing payments and subscription management through Shopify.
3.Data Sharing & Third Parties

Shopify: As the platform hosting your store, your data is processed through Shopify’s APIs in accordance with their terms.

Automatic Deletion: Upon uninstallation of the App, we will initiate the deletion of your store data from our active systems within a reasonable timeframe, in compliance with Shopify’s data protection policies.
Google Data: If you have linked Google Search Console via our App, all associated Google data will be removed from our systems upon uninstallation.
5. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
